Understanding Traffic Offences As Defined By The Law

In the Road Safety Act of 1986, Section 65A to be specific, a person is tagged to be using the vehicle inappropriately when he or she maneuvers an automotive in such a manner that it causes the auto to "lose traction by one or more of the car's wheels." However, not all driving actions leading to the loss of grip will be considered as traffic offences. When it occurs due to a motor sports event, or perhaps in the presence of a police or certified driving professional, you are exempted in the rule.
